March 2017 Spring Break Family Missions Trip to Haiti
March 6th through 11th, we are taking our annual spring break missions trip to Haiti. This Family Trip lets BCS students meet their Haitian pen pals in person.
This year, Christmas and New Year’s Day fall on Sunday and as a result of that we’re modifying our regular weekend service schedules as follows:
Each time we hold a service it requires the coordinated efforts of a team of nearly 50 volunteers. If you’re interested in helping, this is where you begin.
If you’re interested in becoming a foster parent, supporting our Rio foster families, or volunteering at the children’s shelter, we have a resource page to get you started.
Missions is an important aspect of any church, but it’s also a generic term with a vast array of definitions. Here is how we define “missions” at Rio.
